By accessing or using the Fork Around application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the App. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
3. Restaurant Listings & Content
Fork Around acts as a discovery platform. While we strive to ensure that restaurant menus, opening hours, and pricing information are accurate, we cannot guarantee the exact availability or pricing at the physical locations. Restaurant owners are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their digital menus.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Fork Around, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
